The weather wizard at Blackgang Chine, a mystical character taking the visitor to this theme park through a tour of the seasons; you may have seen that moon somewhere before! Less mystical are the numerical weather models used my the world's meteorological agencies which, despite modern myth that they "never get it right" show a remarkable degree of accuracy when propoerly measured over a period of time. I would say that though, it's my job!
